- Clean
the aching part, preferably with soap
and water. Dry the skin thoroughly.
- Remove
the cover from plaster.
- Cover
the aching part with plaster.
- Apply
firmly by pressing hand over plaster several
times. To remove the plaster on, raise
one edge of the plaster and pull it off
with a jerk. Moisten with benzene or alcolhol
or colonge water for easier removal if
necessary.
